Up and down the country every year 7 Regions take part in their Winter League Competitions, these region consist of the following- CSFTA, FFTA, MFTA, NEFTA, NWFTA, SEFTA and WAFTA.
Clubs within each region do vary in size and number of members, all graded into their own grade and ability AA, A, B, and C. Each grade competes against each other to become overall champion of that grade.
